The offer, plainly

We don't sell services.
We install machines.

One value ladder, three rungs. You enter with an inspection, ascend to a full install, and stay because the machine produces. Prices are on the page because you shouldn't need a sales call to learn what things cost.

Founding client offer

The first five installs run at 40 to 50 percent off in exchange for a documented case study, a video testimonial, and results usage rights. When the five are gone, this line disappears.

Straight answers

Asked before
every install.

What is a client machine?

A client machine is the connected system between attention and revenue: positioning, capture, traffic, follow-up and conversion, engineered to work as one unit. Most founder marketing fails not because any single piece is bad, but because the pieces are not connected.

How much should a founder-led brand spend on marketing in 2026?

As a working rule, 8 to 15 percent of target revenue, split roughly 60/40 between traffic and the system that converts it. A brand targeting R300k per month in new revenue typically needs R25k to R45k per month all-in. Spending on traffic before the capture and follow-up gears exist is the most common and most expensive mistake we audit.

How long until marketing produces clients?

With paid traffic and a complete system: first booked calls inside 30 days, predictable monthly flow by day 90. With organic and search alone: 3 to 6 months to meaningful volume. Anyone promising faster than 30 days is selling certainty they do not own.

Do you sell social media management on its own?

No. Content is a gear, not the machine, and installing it alone produces likes, not clients. The content engine ships as part of the Gearwork Install, connected to capture, follow-up and reporting so every post has somewhere to send attention.
